Philosophy & Purpose
Embraced by Grace believes that our sole purpose here on earth is to glorify God. Ephesians 1:4-6 states, “Even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ according to the purpose of his will to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the beloved.”
Based on this scripture we have developed the following Statement of Purpose:
Embraced by Grace’s Child-Placing Philosophy
We will seek to place children with parents that pledge to bring those children up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We will seek to ensure that all children referred to our Agency be placed with a Christian family that is appropriate for them taking into consideration the child’s interests and needs.
Embraced By Grace’s Purpose
Our purpose is to place children in loving, godly homes where the truth is proclaimed and children are offered opportunities for growth, encouragement, love, appropriate discipline, prayer and nurturing. We seek to find homes where parents seek to listen and provide godly counsel, where families have fun together, read God’s Word together, and are not afraid to talk about mistakes with an attitude of reconciliation.
